Go to Dashboard → API Keys and create your first key. It starts with ms-.

Top up your balance

Add funds to your account. You pay only for tokens you use — no monthly minimums.

Point any OpenAI SDK to https://modelswitch.io/v1 and use your ms- key. Done.
